神經傳導與發育的分子機制

研究室簡介:分子神經生物學研究室

了解神經系統運作的分子與細胞機制, 為當前生物學亟待發展的主要領域之一. 近年來, 因著結合分子生物, 細胞培養技術, 基因轉殖鼠, 加上妥善運用電生理與實況影像技術, 當代神經生物學家可以深入探討神經細胞內各種分子構造與功能的關係.本實驗室旨在探討神經傳導與神經發育之分子調控機制. 主要的問題包括: (1)神經細胞如何調控神經傳導物質的釋放? (2)基因外之分子調控如何影響神經的傳導與發育? (3)先天免疫蛋白如何影響神經網路發育的過程? 歡迎立志從事神經科學研究的同學加入本實驗室的研究行列.
